Say Noto formula feeds

To increase my breast milk I completely avoided formula milk even on the initial days where doctors usually suggest formula milk if mother is not able to breastfeed either due to less or no milk secreation or any other medical cause.

I advise every new mom to say completely NO to any formula milk or anything else other than mother's milk.... no matter what... it's worth taking the pain.
